On the MDX with Advance Package, both the driver and front passenger enjoy the comfort of heated and ventilated leather sport seats with 16-way power adjustment and 9 massage functions. Second-row passengers also enjoy heated seating in the outboard positions. The Lexus TX only offers 10-way driver and 4-way front passenger adjustment seats.

With the Integrated Dynamics System on the MDX, you can switch through four different drive modes on the fly. You can even select your own settings and launch your individual drive mode at the push of the button. The Lexus TX only offers a customizable drive mode with an expensive trim upgrade.
