Blind Spot Information System
The Blind spot information (BSI) System20 is your second pair of eyes during lane changes.
- If the system detects a vehicle in the adjacent lane’s “alert zone,” an indicator appears on that side’s outside mirror surface.
- If you activate the turn signal in the direction of a detected vehicle, the mirror indicator on the corresponding side flashes and a warning beep will sound.
- To prevent the indicators from coming on at stoplights, when parking or when traveling in stop-and-go traffic, the system is only active when traveling more than 20 MPH.
