PerformanceThe TLX 3.5L V-6 comes standard with a new 9-Speed automatic transmission and Precision All-Wheel Steer (P-AWS®). On the ES 350, the 6-speed transmission feels three gears short of a full deck, and the rear wheels don’t multitask. Available Super-Handling All-Wheel Drive (SH-AWD®) provides the TLX with precision torque vectoring on twisty roads. AWD isn’t part of the ES 350 arsenal, at any level.
