Acura

Acura was proud to be a Presenting Sponsor and Official Vehicle of the 2013 Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah. We will continue our year-round support of the Sundance Institute to help defray costs of the 10-day festival and to help support the non-profit Institute and its programs for independent film and theater artists.

Held this year from January 17-27, the Festival was the premier showcase for new work from American and international independent filmmakers. This year, Acura brought back The Acura Studio on Main Street. Here, festival-goers got a first look at the all-new 2014 RLX, as well as the highly anticipated NSX concept.

Acura partnered with the legendary band The Eagles, who premiered their documentary, History of The Eagles, and made a special appearance at the Acura Studio. Also at our studio, KCRW broadcasted live with Jason Bentley and Anne Litt.

We continued our sponsorship of the Audience Award for U.S. Dramatic and Documentary Competition films, and provided the Sundance Institute with a fleet of MDX vehicles for Festival transportation.
